What happens on the 30-minute strategy call?
You talk directly with the founder — no SDR, no pitch deck. Bring your messiest data question; you leave with a straight answer on whether and how we would fix it, and what it would roughly take. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the call.
Who actually does the work?
The senior operator you meet on the first call. Clarivant is a senior-led boutique: Arturo Cárdenas as principal, working with a small senior network. No account is handed to juniors after kickoff.
Do you work with our existing stack?
Yes. We build in your stack and hand over the keys — Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau are the most common foundation (the same stack behind the Carl’s Jr / Grupo AFAL platform), and we have delivered on Oracle EBS, Shopify, Odoo, and ad-platform data among others.

Typical engagements run 30 to 90 days — the 45-day platform modernization in our case studies sits right in that band. Larger builds, like a complete data foundation, run longer. We scope the timeline on the strategy call and hold it.

Yes — engagements run in English or Spanish, and this site mirrors both. We work with companies across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America, remote-first.
